Description

Vacant house not placarded now has campers in backyard. They have brought in a grill coolers and chairs and are there the past 3 nights. unknown if they have been able to get inside the house or not. Today a lady walking down the alley had a shopping cart filled with items and took them to this vacant boarded up house. We dont need this in our neighborhood.

the window in the front is partially unscrewed, I am going to notify the owner that it needs to be secured and possibly do a condemnation if there I’d no water or electric. This will allow TPD to tell them to leave or possibly arrest the trespasser.

City secured the property. Deceased home owners daughter has contacted our office. The electric on and she plans to get the water on and live there. She is not to be there till the water is turned on.

the property has been secured by the city. Deceased owners daughter was asked to leave but has contacted our office to let us know that she will be getting water and plans to move in at that time. There is already electrical service.
