This issue has still not been handled. There are still two utility poles at the corner of Gladstone Drive and Oakwood Avenue. This is the second time you have closed it stating that it has been handled when it has not.

A Huntsville Utilities Supervisor has inspected the location and determined that the poles in question cannot be removed until the communication equipment is transferred from the poles. We are forwarding this ticket to IT Services.

Our Huntsville Utilities supervisor checked on these poles and they were found to be AT&T poles. After a discussion with the customer the issue was determined to be mounds of dirt left in the customers yard. A ticket has been turned in to the landscape department to correct this issue.
