It’s the homeless people that camp there at night and drink and leave their beer cans and trash everywhere. And one vomited close to the Zen pavilion too. I hope they don’t ruin a great park.

The feces are still in the clubhouse today (9/5). Please clean up ASAP as this is a public health concern.

I reported it to the maintenance crew yesterday when I saw them. Freaking foul!!

Still there. Went for a jog tonight 9/6 around sundown and checked. Shame because a lot of families will be there with their kids this weekend.

I checked yesterday and it has been cleaned up; however, the bandana that the person used to clean themselves is still there.

Did the lights get fixed at the pavilion? I noticed people sleeping there when I walk my dog. What is the appropriate protocol to follow if I would like to use the pavilion or the benches and there are squatters sleeping/ pooping there?

We have that park serviced on Fridays before the weekend. Our service crews are aware of the accumulation of debris and they do collect before servicing so not to shred into a thousand pieces. We have pressured washed the pavilion several times for park events and just to have it cleaned because of the homeless using it as a restroom. We are currently working with a lighting rep (Bega Lights) to have all lights repaired and working. Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. The service crews do a good job picking up trash around the park and cleaning up the path. Could a note be made in their instructions to check the playground equipment as well for trash/debris/etc? The interior of the little yellow playhouse was obviously missed when the crew came through the weekend after I reported this issue. If anyone had looked at all they would have seen the mess. I'm sure they weren't thinking that the homeless are using the children's area, but sadly they are. Thanks for your attention to this issue.
