We had a small orange oakworm issue in your neighborhood this in the last few weeks. We treated the trees this time last year with little success. Luckily, the pest only defoliates the tree and does not do lasting damage. We are coordinating with local municipalities, working with our plant health care contractor, and researching in-house to see how we can stop the oakworm next year before it hatches.
