Can someone tell us what the deal is with this house? We moved in the neighborhood two years ago and this looks to be an unfinished house and nothing has happened in 2.5 years.

The building was never completed or received a CO. The owner lives in Boca Raton Fl. and is letting it sit. We have had multiple people interested in buying the property but have not seen it change hands. The City secured the structure to stop vagrancy. There are multiple code liens for keeping the property clean and cut.
