111 poplar street is where the police needs to keep their eyes on....109 poplar is the house they use to flop & do drugs....but dealers hangout & sell from 111poplar...

I have given our alderwoman a call & given her marker #'s, and as many descriptions necessary..Yesterday there was a big fight w/ another resident of the block...due to the disregard these people have for their neighbors... police should take notice.... maybe if they did shake downs every time they came around these people will give up. please do something about it soon.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THE NEW HAVEN POLICE DEPT... A BIG THANKS FOR STORMING OUR STREETS W/ FOOT PATROL....ALSO FOR SLOWING DOWN WHEN THEY COME AROUND & MAKING THEIR PRESENCE KNOWN IN OUR COMMUNITY. PLEASE COME AROUND MORE OFTEN....@ LEAST WE R ABLE TO SLEEP @ NITE NOW.... ALTHOUGH NOT GONE BUT CERTAINLY HAS SLOWED DOWN....GOOD JOB. ALSO I WOULD LIKE 2 TELL THE NHPD THAT THEY R GOING ACROSS THE STREET & SITTING ON 108/ 110 & 114/ 116 PORCHES W/O PERMISSION... THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE & THEY LEAVE PEACEFULLY BUT THEY STILL GO BACK W/O PERMISSION OR BEING ASKED. ASK PROOF OF RESIDENCE..WHEN U COME AROUND ...U WILL FIND THAT SOME OF THESE YOUTH LIVE ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN..PLEASE, KEEP FRISKING & MAKING YOUR PRESENCE KNOWN TO THESE YOUNG THUGS....THANK YOU, NHPD.

They need to try and sit there all day and on the corners cause when they sit on poplar they go onto saltonstall to deal

Is the problem stemming solely from 109 Poplar? Do we know where these dealers live, or do they come into the area only for dealing and then leave?
