Description

The light to turn left onto Encore Parkway from North Point Parkway often does not activate, meaning traffic backs up from that left turn lane. Instead of activating, it's just a yellow flashing arrow, and it's often not safely possible to turn onto Encore Parkway due to the constant flow of traffic heading south on North Point Parkway. Could the signal be changed to allow for a green arrow, even for just 10-15 seconds, to allow traffic to turn left onto Encore Parkway?
