Description

Multiple (15-20) vehicles using the rightmost SHOULDER (not travel) lane on HWY 400 as an exit lane onto Exit 9 Haynes Bridge Road. These motorists then cut off all the law abiding motorists waiting for the exit lane to become available. I will report this every day I see it happen. Someone almost hit me today and someone will end up being involved in an accident if this is not addressed.
