Constituent requests a light be installed at River Rd and Rio Cancion. They state that, due to the amount of traffic on River, it is very difficult and potentially hazardous to turn left onto River from Rio Cancion. If a light cannot be installed, they request signage or a reduced speed limit in order to reduce the potential for collisions in the area.
