How was this resolved? The stormwater pooled badly again this week when it rained. Someone from the county looked at this issue while we were here and agreed that there was an issue with storm water drainage on the street. This is NOT resolved.

Why do you keep closing this case with no resolution? I woke up to a massive pool at the end of my driveway this morning due to the rain last night. Provide some context or leave this case open until it is resolved.
