Description

The light on the corner of Richards Road and MacArthur Blvd isn't working properly. Traffic going northbound on MacArthur always has a red light at that intersection regardless of pedestrians or traffic waiting on Richards. The light never changes from red to green for the northbound direction of MacArthur, though it does for southbound traffic.
