According to this resident, there's a VACANT HOUSE located at 16 Van Reipen Ave. that has MASSIVE OVERGROWTH that has attracted Raccoons, Opossums and Insects. There's also a tree in the rear of the property that could cause damage to the roof of the neighboring property. Conditions can been seen from neighboring property. *Please see contact information.
