I ride or walk by this building every day and it's always a mess. Of course there's trash on the street and sidewalk all up and down this block of Court, but the overgrown shrubs around this building's parking lot result in lots of trash collecting in the plants. There's usually lots of trash in the parking lot, too. A basic program of maintenance -- sending somebody out once a week with a garbage bag -- would go a long way toward improving the looks of this neglected lot and the neighborhood.
If only we could somehow connect with people who throw trash on the ground as second nature... .
