The intersection of Hancock and Belmont really needs a light please!!! There is NO time when a pedestrian has the right of way and when there's not potential for oncoming traffic, plus the curve of the street makes it difficult to cross safely. There is a bus stop right there so it's a busy place for people crossing, including kids coming home from school. This is technically half Malden, half Everett.
