Sick of the police not enforcing the litter law with these classless vandals.

I’ve reported this many times through the app. Look under the bridge. So much stuff. They are either living there or storing stuff there. Makes our city look like trash.

Clean this underpass up and post no panhandling signs and enforce it !

The police have stated that they can stand there with a sign because of freedom of speech. It doesn’t become panhandling until they come up to you and ask for money. There is always a catch. But keep throwing their stuff away maybe they would get tired of it and leave. They make our city look bad and feel unsafe. They’d leave if people stopped giving them money and food.

They can panhandle but littering is a misdemeanor offense and citing them for that would make them think twice about panhandling on our streets.
