non compliance of weight load limits?? how do you know this? you have scales? the sound of a jake brake does not imply a truck is speeding. the sound of a jake brake should be a welcome sound that, the truck is properly being slowed and keeping the trucks brakes from overheating and failing, possibly sending that truck that you are hearing somewhere in your path.
Wow "asinine posts"...When you live on a road that big rigs are restricted from using and you see several w/ full loads, it stands to reason that they are over weight limits. Perhaps they were involved in a project and had permission Either way, I have the right and obligation to be concerned for the safety of the children/pets in my neighborhood. Likewise with the speeding. There is a dangerous curve just beyond my house that has seen it's share of people (going to fast) unable to negotiate it.
the trucks are logging truck's and thy are going to fast on rt i a in dedham ,maine thy push drivers out of the way and tailgate, when a truck uses his jake brake going up hill and in bad weather he is doing something wrong
