Someone should invent a device that "computes" solutions to things like this. A "computer" comes to mind.

What blows my mind is that an average 6th grade math student with a clipboard and a stop watch could figure this stuff out. It ain’t rocket science. Apparently it is to the geniuses at PWE. This particular intersection has been screwed up since it opened a year ago. I’ve made probably 50+ reports on this single intersection. That’s sad they can’t figure this out....

I'm pretty sure Someone has to live somewhere to be benefiting from it. Similar to why there is a bridge and a light for Patterson over I10, right to the highway operations building....
Dwight, you seem like a good person who would be invited to join my utopian city whenever I scrounge up a couple billion dollars to create it.
