Description

This stuff has been piling up at the park bench for at least a week, maybe longer. I’m sure it’s not removed at night and today it seems abandoned. Night before last there was a group of 4 men sitting nearby and drinking. If city or police would check the park every couple of days, or even once a week, it would go a long way.
