Description

Ralph Walker Rink has a sign on the door that says “no bicycles,” yet there are no bike racks outside, not even a pole to which to lock one’s bike. Either provide bike racks, or allow bicycles inside. Forcing people to drive or get driven to the skating rink is not in keeping with the mission of the New Haven Parks Department.
