Description
Pedestrian walk signal comes on after every cycle of green light to red light. There is no one at either corner pressing the walk signal button -- this is clearly a defect in the signal itself. This occurs on both streets - Kimberly and Ella Grasso Blvd in all directions. As a result, traffic is backed up considerably down Kimberly and down the Boulevard.
