Well that's true but constables cannot remove someone unless the owner of the property requests it. The City has a nuissance abatement depart and receives federal funding to handle things like this, but n I thing ever happens

Owner of property cannot be located so they do nothing about sqautters..just like the warehouse over on dart behind the lumber company. They could process abatement and condemnation proceedings with in-house counsel and CDBG funds.
