Description
I've enclosed 3 photos (taken on 9/1/2019) to show my concern with the drainage at the approach to our driveway 5214 Windyridge Dr.
The puddles indicate how the water is collecting after a very light rain on Sunday Morning these were taken at a little before noon. My concern is two-fold:
1. Will the freeze/thaw action during winter lift and crumble the asphalt where the water is collecting.
2. We are in Florida for 4 months during the heaviest part of winter when this could be a concern. We have no reason to clear our driveway in our absence, so this could exacerbate my concern.
I noticed that one of our neighbors on Woodmont has the asphalt running up into the approach about 4 feet. Could this be the solution?
