Timing is off for cars turning left off College Street onto Georgia Avenue. Sat through the light 4 times this morning. Left turn was too short only allowing 3-4 cars maximum to turn onto Georgia Avenue or proceed onto College. Traffic backed up on College Street waiting for light. After turning on Georgia Avenue, traffic backed up in front of Law School with traffic proceeding from downtown because light is out of sync.
