They leave the dogs out at night and they refuse to pick up the dog poop and it’s been getting a lot of concern for human health since there is a bus stop right in front of their yard. It smells so bad. And they refuse to cut the greenery or clean up. They are only supposed to have small dog and they have four dogs. This is really too much.
