Description
Resident is not maintaining the ally behind their fence. 7 bags of trash on the ground, an old full size fridge, + grass and weeds are currently 3 to 4 feet high. Also looks like the city recycling truck HAS NOT "dumped" their recycling container in the last 2 months (including today's pickup).
