Description

There's a "SPEED HUMP" sign that is installed behind a tree near 28 Linden Ave. This makes it very difficult for drivers to notice the approaching "SPEED HUMP." The sign should be placed in front of the tree so drivers can be aware of the SPEED HUMP.
