There has been growing mold for over a year inside our apartment my concerns had not been alleviated. Made plenty of maintenance orders via their development site forum. I would walk across to maintenance to express my concerns they would ask me to make speak with management and management office folks would ask me to speak with maintenance. It was like playing a match of ping pong with all the go here go there. I even called the health department, when I didn’t receive a return call I walked in to the office. After my patience ran out I spoke to B.H.A. As of now they have stopped their portion of rent payments making sure that I adhere to my portion. A year ago or less we already had gone through the same leakage mold issue they cut through a portion of the wall to find the said issue after they left the wall open for a few days with a blower blowing for days. We got sick and so did my dogs from all the debris and mold that was blowing debris in to the air we breath, My dog at said time got conjunctivitis and we had a lot of problem with our breathing and allergies. They thought to have found the problem and sealed the wall. However few days later same issue was occurring they dismissed all my complaints and now the damage is more severe than before for not only are the walls deteriorating from the mold yet mold is growing inside our apartment walls. After months of asking and over 9 months of making actual work orders on their forum and not being heard they have now finally cake to look at said problem. However since they had not once even made any attempts to come @#$% the constant leakage they are unable to fix said problem without doing what they had already done once before. We are not willing to put our healths on the line any longer due to they’re failure to adhere to properly maintenance. We do not wish to live in the apartment while they are doing the work needed
