Thank you for your continued concern about this fence issue. Both the Edina Street Department and I have contacted MNDOT (This fence belongs to The State of Minnesota Highway Department) numerous times about this. The Street Supervisor marked it with a cone for MNDOT to see also. If you wish you could contact MNDOT, perhaps you will get a quicker response. Their phone number is 651-296-3000.
