Description

Newton Ave South has parking only on the South side of the street and many attempt a 3 point turn. The street curb is only 2" so sometimes they go beyond that causing this crack. 60 feet of the sidewalk has the potential of cracking as well because local culture has destroyed the grass that would grow and hold the dirt which is now vacant under the sidewalk. Will add 2 more photos showing a bigger problem at this same location.
