Description

Zoned for C3. Lots connected north (same parcel) are being used as an outdoor junk yard for unregistered vehicles in various states of decay. Some vehicles have been there for years. Also, I dont believe a "Automobile and truck repair and painting facilities" AKA Daves Auto Repair can typically be permitted in a C3 zone nor can it be used for "Automobile and truck towing storage yard, temporary storage not to exceed 90 days."
