They are now doing more work, putting down pipelines, adn that has caused another mess. They are repaving and restoning the same places they did just earlier this year! What a waste of money! Why didn't they coordinate this work? Who is paying for all of this? We are, of course. Another fine example of government waste and total lack of management ability.
