Live parking / bus stop issue at Sciarappa and Cambridge St where people are using the bus stop as live parking to pick up pizza from Aram's pizza. Is it possible to simply move this bus stop to the other side of Sciarappa on Cambridge (20' away) in front of St. Francis Church to avoid this issue?

This has been suggested a number of times, and totally makes sense. It would also space the stops out more evenly. One of the previous SCF reports actually had a CPD vehicle parked in the bus stop in the picture...
Is this an MBTA decision or can Cambridge make the change?
