  City of Berkeley Resolves by default. You need to reopen it at least 6 times before you get 'resolution'. or give up.

  Wow. For real? When I used seeclickfixit in Oakland, it was more effective. They truly would resolve it before they closed it. I was impressed. I am surprised progressive Berkeley would do something like that? They don't have enough staff to monitor it appropriately, apparently? Thanks Doug for chiming in and reopening it!
