Description
When the bus tries to turn right onto Dixie from wade, their turn radius is too big and they cannot make it. Cars then have to back up which creates chaos as wade ave is blocked and Dixie is blocked until it all gets worked out.

I once heard from a bus driver that right turns are the hardest part about driving a bus. Some drivers are clearly more skilled then others. Additional training may help, although all drivers do already have their commercial driving license and training.
I know several intersections that aren't possible no matter who's driving (like Peace & St Mary's or Oberlin & Cameron, but I'm not sure about Dixie & Wade). But moving the line 20-30 feet back from the intersection for dedicated left-turn lanes seems reasonable to me.
