Really...an ashtray. Most places don't even provide an ashtray. Besides 15' from one door on that block is 15' closer to another door.
O would make a comment like this annonomously too....it is petty and no law has been broken.
There is no ashtray law and compliance with the distance from the door on the public way rests with the smoker.
I would like to request the city disregard this uptighty whitey complaint and not bother the finely run business Green Mill.
