Description

Property Owner has property for sale; however, the property owner nor Realtor have cut the grass in several months.
I now am unable to enjoy sitting on my porch as I have had three snakes on my porch and in my yard from the overgrowth. Leaves from last year and yard overgrowth in the back yard. There also is a privacy fence falling apart from the last year's hurricanes and and a dead tree in the back yard where a limb has fallen onto the back yard.

Both front and back yards in need of a good cutting. Also, last year's leaf debris needs to be picked up. Lastly, the tree in the back yard needs to be cut down before if falls onto the house or someone's fencing or home.
