Description

A public trash recepticle is needed at the north exit of the Waterfront Park where it intersects with Penny Lane & Depot Street. The public & Park users are constantly throwing their trash (mostly bags of dog poop) on private property in the neighborhood or just leaving it on the side of Lake Street as they head up Depot Street.
