What is with the huge army truck being parked in the driveway at this house recently? Shouldn't it be located and parked at the 'business' and not taken 'home' for personal use?

However a military vehicle does not meet our definition of a commercial vehicle, which is tied to the type of registration it carries.
If the owners is successful in getting a Early American Registration for the truck, it can stay.
If the truck is un-registered or registered as a commercial/combination vehicle, it will become a zoning violation, and will be addressed as such.
