According to our current zoning regulations, the vehicle would not be able to be parked at 5 Misty Meadow if it is a Commercial Vehicle.
However a military vehicle does not meet our definition of a commercial vehicle, which is tied to the type of registration it carries.
If the owners is successful in getting a Early American Registration for the truck, it can stay.
If the truck is un-registered or registered as a commercial/combination vehicle, it will become a zoning violation, and will be addressed as such.
