Description

GNH Construction Blocking Morningside Rd. Their truck with crane not parked on building lot but parked in street and swinging beam and concrete into muddle & across full street with no warnings, no signage. There should be some orange cones, or warnings. Almost hit bus, parked cars & kids crossing. Very dangerous.
In addition, cars, trucks, buses and especially emergency vehicles can't get through Morningside Rd. This is extremely unsafe.
