Since transfer food hall has open people are parking on both sides of the street of E. Cabarrus st. The street is no longer passable for 2 cars.
Parking needs to be restricted to one side.

Also, Chavis Way between Cabarrus and Davie Streets has turned into a one lane street when patrons for Transfer Food Hall park there and in the neighboring side streets.
Apparently, Transfer does not provide enough on-site parking. They would rather have overpriced luxury condos take up the potential space that would have prevented the parking overflow into residential areas and one lane traffic restrictions.
