LOL! I sincerely hope the Code Officer is not going to be fooled by this guy simply putting a board on top of the rotten board so that it can no longer be seen from the street! That doesn’t change the fact that the house is in disrepair and the porch is falling apart and the chain-link fence is all rusted and crooked.
