City staff inspected the address site (Carroll High School on N. White Chapel) and saw no visible issues of vegetation within the right-of-way. They did notice low branches from the trees in the backyard of 125 Chapel Downs hanging over the sidewalk and into the right-of-way but not enough to block sight visibility. A better description of the location, photo, or contact information would be helpful.

Thanks for investigating. I didnt want to try to take picture while rolling through school zone. A student and parent were waiting to cross to CHS and even at 20 mph heading northbound, they were not visible until I got right up to the light. Perhaps the widening will alleviate the blind spot.
