  Is the any reason for this report to still be open? The city manager did her job and had the police give me a ticket. Then a city of Berkeley vehicle and employee drove my ex to this location in order to help him violate a ten year criminal protector order and chase me off. I'm pretty sure this should've made everybody happy and officially given the city it's bonus points for eliminating us pesky selfish good for nothing, homeless moms and kids.
  Please close this issue so nobody gets confused and thinks we are in that other tent that got reported for drug use. There is no more mom and child or this tent as of the third week of October. Thank you

  Hello, i know how difficult it must be to fully acknowledge each and every issue reported by citizens. Especially when one citizen, feels its absolutely, their duty to make repeated complaints about a tent with a mother and child in it. closing issues, over reported like that can take time.
  All the other reports on this issue are closed, except this one.
  That might not mean anything to others. But the city manager and I both know, what this ticking clock really is. so i feel obliged to request, again, for this issue to be closed. We havent been there since October 20th.
  I will have to save this page for records to prove that I have not been the nuisance Berkeley claims I am.
  The sad part is, I dont get to make records of how much my child has grown on a wall of our home. We dont get to have a home. I guess because Berkeley thinks we are a nuisance.
