Westheimer needs new curbs and sidewalks in Montrose but at least keep the crumbling infrastructure free of mud, trash and debris.

I totally agree with the above comment. I have called the city more than once to have the wheelchair access on the sidewalks cleared, the last time being the one on Roseland near Lovett and was told by the city inspector who came out that the accumulation of debris was due to the crumbling kerbs that the property owner is responsible for i.e. Walgreens and that I should call them to get it sorted out. Which I did to no avail. The city should be responsible for kerbs and sidewalks and not the property owners - I had this verified by Channel 11.
