I'm happy to see the meriden police department on griswald street tonight!!! I would just suggest that they hide thier cruiser better, they were sitting on breckenridge but they were sitting right on the corner where they can be seen from either direction and these speeders have time to slow it down, now the officer is sitting in a driveway and as the cars come around the bend from N.colony they see the reflective stripes on the police cruisers and they slow right down....we are actually counting how many people hit thier brakes coming around the curve in the road count so far 15 braking vehicles to 1 ticket so far.....however this is a step in the right direction and I hope that M.P.D. continue thier efforts for eliminating this problem. Thank you M.P.D. for helping to try and keep our neighborhood and our children safer!
