Description

The light at Rex Way and Lake Boone used to turn red on Lake Boone only if there was someone at the intersection from the hospital or office buildings. Now, it turns red all the time, even when no one is entering the intersection from Rex Way or Rexwoods. Can it go back to being a "demand" light?
