  Most drivers just ignore it anyway. When is OPD going to bring back some sort of traffic enforcement. Speeding, reckless driving, people on cell phones, unregistered cars, illegal u turns, park where they please it has been allowed to become completely out of control. Maybe this is why Oakland is considered one of the most dangerous city's to drive in, walking and cycling here is equally dangerous.
