I hear it as well, probably from a couple streets away. Both morning and various other times of the day.

Pinellas County - Animal Services assigned this issue to St. Pete PROD integration

He started this morning at 6:28. Over the weekend he was active between 7:30-8:30 as well. The address I sited is correct. The rooster is in the back yard of the triplex unit on the west end. The unit carport access is from Ricardo way

Why is code not sitting outside first thing in the morning listening for this rooster and doing something about it!!!??? This is a public disturbance!
