Why don't you call the police or landlord?

I CONTACTED LANDLORD. THERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT THEY TELL 1 THING AND DO ANOTHER, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 14 MONTHS.

In that case, I'd try the police. Don't call 911, find the police department's business line & talk to someone.

Maybe it's time for you to move!

Upper Darby has really ramped up their efforts in controlling public nuisances. The noise ordinance in Upper Darby, Before 7 AM and after 10PM. his includes barking dogs, construction work, trash removal, or any other type of “loud” noise that is disturbing to the public.

All you have to do is call the cops. If they get enough complaints the dogs will have to be removed .
